Walmart Watch: The Town of Cicero

Status:
The Town of Cicero is considering building a Walmart at 31st and Laramie. The project is currently pending.
Action Needed:
Tell the Cicero Town Board to reconsider its support of a Walmart in Cicero. Before approva, Walmart should pay a living wage to its associates and provide them with accessible and comprehensive health care benefits. It should, at the very minimum, act as a responsible employer to the people of Cicero and nearby communities.
