| Ronald E. Powell has served as President of Local 881 of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) since 1983. His professional career in the American Labor Movement spans over four decades. In addition to leading Local 881 UFCW as President, Mr. Powell is a Vice President on the UFCW International Executive Board; a Vice President of the Illinois State AFL-CIO; a Trustee for the UFCW Midwest Health Benefits and Pension Funds; and serves on the Boards of Directors for the International Employee Benefits Foundation, BBF (Better Boys Foundation) and the Amalgamated Bank of Chicago. |

| Steven M. Powell serves as Secretary-Treasurer of Local 881 of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. In 2004, he was appointed by the UFCW International President to further serve the UFCW as the special assistant for legislative and political affairs.Steve began his career in the Labor Movement in 1985 as a Union Representative for Local 881. In 1991 Steve was asked to serve the UFCW International Union in Washington D.C. as its Director of Political Affairs. Steve returned to 881 in 1995 to serve as the Executive Vice President until he was elected Secretary-Treasurer in 1999. In addition to his duties with the Local Union, he serves as the Central Committeeman in the 8th Congressional District, as Trustee for the UFCW Midwest Health Benefits and Pension Funds, and volunteers his time to the United Latinos of UFCW. Steve is involved in the BBF (Better Boys Foundation), Little City Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, among others. |

Maynard R. Jerome 881 UFCW Executive Vice President |

Maynard Jerome was appointed in 2003 as Executive Vice President and Director of Collective Bargaining for Local 881. He first joined the staff of Local 881 UFCW in 1997 as a Collective Bargaining Representative.
Maynard first began his career in the Labor Movement in 1971 while working in a Union grocery store. Soon after becoming a union member, he became the Steward and was active on organizing campaigns and other union projects. He ultimately went on to work for the UFCW International where he held a variety of positions pertaining to organizing and collective bargaining at the Regional level, preparing him for his current position. Maynard also serves as an Alternate Trustee for the UFCW Midwest Health & Welfare Fund.

Lisa Catanzaro, Executive Vice President, first joined the staff of Local 881 UFCW in 1990 as a Union Representative. In 1997, she was selected as an Assistant Field Director and in 1999, appointed a Field Director overseeing the Union's Field Staff. Since 1997, Lisa has served on the Local 881 Executive Board. She became Executive Vice President in 2003.
Lisa is active in a variety of organizations and initiatives, including: the UFCW Midwest Union and Employer Pension Fund, Alternate Trustee; Italian American Labor Council, Director; Chicago Federation of Labor, Delegate; and she served as a member of the Illinois Joint Labor Management Council Skills and Standards Committee.

| Patrick D. Statter has been a Union Representative with Local 881 UFCW since 1983. Since 1990, Patrick has served on the Local 881 Executive Board and was appointed in 2001 to serve as the Recorder; he was subsequently elected Recorder in 2002 and re-elected in 2005. Throughout his active membership in the Northeastern Illinois Federation of Labor since 1984, Patrick has held several elected positions. Recently elected as the President, he was formerly a Trustee, Sergeant-at-Arms, and 1st Vice President. Patrick began working at Jewel in 1979 and was a Union Steward prior to joining the staff of Local 881. |
